“ Reading the reviews, it seems people either have an amazing experience or burnt pizza. We had amazing pizza! It was r favorite during r trip to Italy so perhaps the cook time was spot on for r order. The crust was just perfect & puffed up with a chew but deliciousness that was delish. The rest of the crust was nice and thin with tasty toppings/sauce. They also bring out a bit of bread as part of the per person charge with 2 tasty dipping sauces. Pricing was very reasonable. We sat inside, which is quite small. The booth on the back right is not comfy at all so either sit on the left side or outside. We ended up moving to the left side and enjoyed r experience. Also, recommend making a reservation if you're there during tourist season. I assumed we'd have no problem getting a table, but they were annoyed that we just showed up. Service is definitely crabby. The main guy who runs the pizza oven was offended, I think, when I asked if they offer salad or anything else. Nope - it's pizza here (no gf or other options)....and drinks of course. The great news is that their pizza & Chianti were fantastic and a highlight of r night in Pisa. Would recommend to others. ”
“ Worth to try pizzas! Very fast to prepare it, amazing cocktails (we tried limoncello spritz) - solid & great flavour, and of course amazing service - guys working there even during Easter super helpful and friendly. Big big yes if you’re ever in Pisa! Well done, keep on going! ”
“ Shared a few pizzas and they did not disappoint: • Classic Margherita — simple, fresh, can’t go wrong • Calabra — spicy N’duja cream, Calabrian salami, creamy stracciatella, salted ricotta, and chilli pistils • Prosciutto e Funghi — ham + mushrooms, earthy and comforting Light, airy bases and proper flavour all round. ”
“ This was a great pizza. And I really enjoyed it. Thank you but please remove the cover note in your menu. We paid cover and we got none of the things listed in the menu. It was just false advertising. We liked the pizza and we left a tip but that ruined it for us. Unless we misunderstood. Keep making great pizza. ”
“ The best Pizza in Pisa! Delicious, we ordered Margharita and Prosciutto e funghi - perfect taste, very good dough! At the beginning we alao received olive oil and fresh bread. Highly recommend! ”
